      For 35 years, KFA Connect has provided customers with fully integrated software solutions that can expand their business and improve business processes. Initially hired as the Sales Manager, my role at KFA Connect has evolved exponentially over the past ten years, now encompassing both sales and marketing responsibilities.Being a people person, I confidently take on the role of being the primary point of contact for potential new customers, priding myself in creating lasting first impressions and establishing strong relationships.I conduct lead discovery meetings, present to decision-makers, and prepare/deliver commercial proposals to meet customer requirements. I am comfortable delivering to Blue-Chip companies as well as small/medium-sized businesses alike.I am responsible for promoting a diverse portfolio of software services, including bespoke development solutions, IBM i/legacy application development, modernisation, system integration, and eCommerce integration. In addition to representing KFA’s own in-house developed solutions, such as; Warehouse Barcode Scanning, Multichannel (eCommerce) Order Management, and Making Tax Digital (VAT) bridging software, I also promote a range of partner products.I manage KFA’s presence at key industry events, including exhibitions and user-group meetings, whilst overseeing brand awareness initiatives, social media strategies, and marketing campaigns.Leading the development and execution of sales strategies, and having also taken on the marketing role, I have learnt the need for organisation and effective time-management skills. I have significantly increased the company's visibility, expanded our customer base and identified new business opportunities.
