My leadership role involved direct oversight of a team of 18 teachers, collectively educating a student body of over 300 students.My duties were multifaceted, centering on curriculum development, where I laid the groundwork for a robust educational framework tailored to meet diverse learning needs. Additionally, I was responsible for setting and upholding high academic standards, ensuring that our teaching practices met and exceeded benchmarks for educational excellence. A key achievement in this role was securing formal government recognition and oversight of our academic standards, which validated our commitment to providing quality education. Initially, my area of specialisation at Minhaj College Manchester MCM was in teaching ALevel and GCSE English Language. However, as time passed, my teaching repertoire expanded to include ALevel Psychology and ALevel Religious Education.
