      • Strategy:o Understand the existing IP and requirements from leadership and develop end to end solutions, which are cost effective, repeatable and has less turnaround times.o Developed 4 new assets/solutions in the employee experience space. These assets are based on culture, digital readiness, employee engagement, workforce analytics, Skills Scanning.• Development:o Making use of the approved tools by the organization, build end to end solution and implement the methodology in the tools to get desired output.o Worked on tools like Qualtrics, Tableau, EFS by Tivian and designed Deloitte proprietary Surveys and also created custom solutions to get data in a desired format to help create dashboards on Tableau.o My core expertise is UI/UX design, using HTML, CSS, JavaScript.
