  I was appointed the Parade Regimental Sergeant Major (PRSM) for National Day Parade 2011. I was the Reserve PRSM for 2010 NDP to allow me to see through the processes to build up a parade for almost 3000 personnel ranging from School Children, working adults from all woks of life. It was an enriching and fulfilling journey to be able to train, to engage and to motivate the people to make the parade a memorable and successful one. I am honoured to be given this opportunity to lead the parade.

  Have been in this appointment for the past 4 years. This appointment requires critical and decisive inputs to the staff to allow them to fulfil the training requirements. Always finding opportunity to coach the people for better performance, provide opportunity for growth and exposure, and continue to motivate the individual to perform despite the challenge of a bell curve performance management system. My philosophy of command, is to provide a safe environment to train, a sustainable system for training and to ensure that my trainers are competent and confident to train the next generation of Armour Warriors. I have been involved in the Hunter Simulator development since 2018 and were involved in the development of Appended Virtual Trainer (AvT), C2 Gunnery System (CGS) and Hunter Driving Simulator (HDS).
