T&FG owns 19 states of the art manufacturing facilities.  Lead/ manage the sample room team including budgets, targets & objectives. Managing all the patterns & sample developments of the organization.  Accountable for acquiring fabric, lining consumption for costing purposes, product development & making patterns/ samples for pilot runs. Evaluate all the counter samples, pre-production samples and sales samples prior to sending out to buyers & remediate any quality issues.  Lead Risk Analysis meeting and help to avoid production issues in advance by understanding factory and buyer standards.  Looking production shrinkage and shrinkage grouping and involve to sort all the production measurement issues at the beginning of production.  Minimize and investigate all cost-saving benefits to factory by the stage of developing the sample. Engage with CSP/ TGA & customers directly to understand client requirements, fitting and styling preferences. Collaborate with sample room garment technologists on construction feasibility. Communicate with Sample Room Team Leaders (TLs) regarding special demands in the sewing process to ensure operators can produce samples client specifications. Ensure sample room cleanness, & organized in a professional manner. Engage with the Design team to identify, prioritize, and schedule the development and completion of identified concept samples. Adhere to all equipment compliance/ standards/ maintenance schedules. Accountable for all fabrics, trims, sundry inventories & collaborate with TD and other CFTs when required. Render insightful data to guide decision making and offer proactive solutions.
