  My wife and I started CrossFit Proactive on the beaches of Port Said, Egypt in early 2014. Our focus has always been on cultivating a family of athletes lead by a team of professional coaches who's values are those of respect, encouragement, and fun.   WE BELIEVE THAT: Developing a healthy perspective on food, empowers proactive food habits.We eat what we need, not simply what we want. The body wants many things, but in our life decisions we model mastery over these cravings.Proactive NutriFit is a branch of Proactive FIT, LLC. We use a three part process to address our nutritional needs: Phase 1 is increasing our KNOWLEDGE, Phase 2 is BUILDING our plan, and Phase 3 is REFINING that plan.
