  I am profoundly grateful for the incredible year I spent at Anheuser-Busch, where I had the privilege of working with an outstanding team and creating lasting memories. This experience has been instrumental in my professional growth, especially as a member of the safety team.In my role, effective communication was paramount as I navigated my responsibilities. Serving on the safety team required articulating my thoughts clearly to ensure the well-being of our team members and the overall success of the safety initiatives. This experience honed my communication skills and taught me the importance of conveying complex information in a comprehensible manner.One of the highlights of my time at Anheuser-Busch was taking on leadership-oriented tasks. Managing the consulting and hearing testing for a workforce of 500 individuals presented a unique challenge, requiring me to navigate sensitive topics related to personal information. This opportunity, despite my relative youth, allowed me to develop invaluable skills in addressing complex and personal matters with tact and professionalism.Additionally, I had the privilege of leading a significant project. Collaborating with 15 utility operators, we successfully developed a comprehensive reaction plan for the NH3 system in the event of an ammonia release. This project, which involved over 215 release valves, was not only highly successful but also addressed a longstanding need within the organization. The severity and potential impact of such a release added a critical dimension to our planning, and the thoroughness of our reaction plan was crucial in mitigating potential risks.I leave Anheuser-Busch with a deep sense of appreciation for the opportunities provided and the lessons learned.
