  A collaboration between KU's Biology and Mathematics departments, my team's study of Rice Tungro Virus produced new information about vector-borne viruses. Our research was highlighted at a National Research Colloquium, and the presentation can be seen below.

  My team researches insurance trends and presents data-driven solutions and improvements to Fortune 500 managers in order to provide the most effective service possible to our insured. I also had the opportunity to oversee a community service project, providing over 50 school supply filled backpacks to local schools.

  At Sylvan, I provide personalized instruction in Reading, Writing, Math, Study Skills, and ACT Prep to students of all levels. I also teach using SylvanSync programs, supervise, interact with, and motivate students during instruction. To inspire students I develop rapport with them and foster a fun learning environment, maintaining a positive attitude and demonstrating enthusiasm for teaching and for Sylvan!
