  During the internship held by the campus as a form of collaboration between PT PLN Persero and also the PLN Institute of Technology campus, I was placed at PT PLN Persero ULP Serang, in that company I was placed in a technical position, namely as a field supervisor, my role and responsibilities During the internship, I ensured that the work was carried out in safe conditions within the scope of K2 and K3. Apart from that, I also coordinated the 220v20kv distribution network to create network reliability in the area that was my responsibility. Carrying out maintenance of the distribution network was also one of my roles and responsibilities. My answer is that while carrying out my internship at PT PLN Persero Ulp Serang, it is not uncommon for electrical disturbances to occur at night in my work environment so I go directly to the field to coordinate the existing disturbances in order to create reliability of the electricity distribution network, overall I can find out how the process of working the distribution network within the work environment of PT PLN Persero.
