  Providing leadership and support to the Training Specialists and Instructors that train Tax-Aide volunteers throughout the U.S. covering IRS VITA/TCE Advanced certification, federal/NY State tax law, and TaxSlayer Pro software. Project manager for the annual development of Tax-Aide's version of IRS Publication 4012. Providing free income tax preparation to the community with a focus on taxpayers over 50 with low to moderate income. Providing leadership and support to the Training Coordinators and Instructors that train Tax-Aide volunteers across 27 NY Counties covering IRS VITA/TCE Advanced certification, federal/NY State tax law, and TaxSlayer Pro software. Provided live and recorded training sessions covering tax law changes and the use of Google Workspace for training volunteers. Partnered with peers to develop and share NY State specific training resources, answer keys, and reference material. Led team of instructors to train Tax-Aide volunteers in Orange County, NY on the IRS VITA/TCE Advanced and HSA certifications, NY State tax law, and the use of TaxSlayer Pro online software. Developed New York tax law and TaxSlayer reference material for use across the state by Tax-Aide volunteers.
