In this role I'm facilitating major events and processes that coordinates the work of ARTs and Suppliers and supports ARTs in delivering value to our customers. In this role I’m leading the establishment of the scope to be planned during the PI Planning as well as reviewing the result coming out by running Pre and Post PI events. During PI execution I’m facilitating the Solution sync meetings to ensure that impediments and needed changes are handled in coordinated way to ensure that planned objectives are met. I’m leading improving work in the portfolio and being as well a member of the overall Telia LACE forum.
