  Leading the design for Scale AI, a $1.7 million effort to create Canada’s first predictive aircraft safety desktop application employing AI and machine learning. Designing the end-to-end user experience by working closely with engineers to incorporate AI algorithms to increase safety and decrease aircraft downtime.Designed the end-to-end user experience for myServiceVisit, the first native iOS and Android app for aircraft maintenance. Collaborated with engineers to successfully ship the MVP and Release 1 in the Apple and Google Play store which resulted in a measurable increase in customers using Bombardier service facilities.Created Bombardier’s first design system in Figma. Designed 206 components using variants and auto-layout, created a 12-page guide on best practices for quality control, and hosted weekly design tutorials, which onboarded 55+ designers, developers, and product managers into the new design system. The new design system resulted in an increase in design output, efficiency, and consistency across all teams and apps. Show less
