  • Executed and Managed multiple projects in the development of product design through utilization of high-performance supercomputers, reverse engineering techniques, and product analysis applied throughout development phases• Designed and developed multiple UAVs (with wingspan ranging from 4 to 20 meters) ranging from tactical to MALE, all the way from concept, technology development, technology demonstration and testing. Cutting edge technologies such as simulation driven product design and development were used to move the UAVs from technology readiness level 1 to 8. These UAVs had the potential to use satellite communication and carry different types of payloads.• Designed a novel transonic business jet using simulation-driven product development techniques. This jet has the capability of flying in the transonic regime efficiently. Also developed the prototype which went through wind tunnel tests for performance requirement validation and testing.• Designed and Developed the products and components in the field of Space, Aeronautics, Energy and Structure through process of creating and analyzing the digital protoype of physical model to predict its performance in real world using high performance computing. Applied Research on Full Scale Aircraft Simulation, Supersonic Flow Induction, Drag Reduction, Supersonic Combustion, Load Separation, 3 Dimensional Unsteady Supersonic Fluid Dynamics Problems, Store Separation and Turbulence Modeling.• Trained engineers to allow them the ability to provide their respective services including printing prototypes using high-end technology and digital manufacturing through modelling and simulation using high performance computing.• Integrated the components of the manufacturing process together including product design, engineering, manufacturing, and supply chain within an integrated digital system• Converted manned aircrafts to unmanned aerial vehicles Show less
