      Developing an app concept for psoriasis patients through a Lean UX process, on basis of the first version of the app that is already being used by patients in Denmark. Qualitative data was collected through user interviews, observations and usability tests, while quantitative data from both Google Analytics and the application backend was analyzed in order to identify challenges.
