  During this period I set up varying sizes of stands for different events for expositions/malls. I made sure the rendering and the final product were actualized by a crew of more than 20 people with different backgrounds. We all worked on different projects at the same time. The most productive day with my crew was setting up 5 stands for one event. I took charge of logistics, electrical, structural, painting and furniture installation for the events.

  In 2016 I started with Stage stores as a Visual Merchandiser for two stores, one in Tomball and the second one in Houston I was in charge to create appealing and eye catching visual displays. I was the employee of the Quarter twice in my first year. I got promoted as a district coordinator and was in charge of West Texas and east New Mexico District for a total of 30 stores. I visited each store every month to make sure the visual elements were placed correctly and visually appealing.
