  Ensure all capital expenditures projects are being executed on time and within agreed to scope and performance outcome criteria. Manage the Quality Assurance and Quality Control of installation and erection. Coordinate site contractors’ activities with consultants & foreign experts. Follow up contractor progress in the site Vs. the project time line.Following up the operation & Maintenance of Raw Water Treatment Plant ,Waste Water Treatment Plant , Sewage plant and water intake units.2.
