Full-stack developer. Primary ongoing programme of work was to automate business processes. Pushed for implementation of light spiral project management within the team, improving the quality and granularity of most inbound work specifications by policy. Further honed requirements elicitation tactics to gather understanding from formal specifications, anecdotal feedback, general sentiment and legal frameworks. Worked within capital and project management frameworks to implement large-scale changes in institutional processing of case files and documents. Architected and built a full hosted ecosystem of dynamic, customiseable web forms with task assignment and management, automatic import/export of documents and data to and from external systems (including SharePoint). Automation efforts reduced workforce stress and turnover, saved the organisation approx. 12,000 FTE-hours per year, and reduced case turnaround time from average 5 hours to average 10 mins.
