      My duties were Attendance, Admissions, Data and Statistics, Admin support for the SENCO (Special Needs Coordinator). I covered on a number of occasions the role of the office manager; placing orders, checking deliveries, drawing cheques, inputting information onto RM Cash Accounts, petty cash, DBS checks, amending contract details, inputting new staff onto the MIS and completing the payroll return.Attendance;• First day calls home for absent children• Liaising weekly with the Home Support Worker and making necessary referrals.• Held fortnightly meetings with the Attendance Welfare Advisor (AWA), discussing children causing concerns with attendance and punctuality, holding parental meetings as necessary• Produce attendance reports, certificates and termly attendance reports to each pupil.Admissions;• Created Excel spreadsheet for school waiting lists.• Liaised with the Headteacher and Foundation coordinator when offering nursery places and Pupil Admissions for all midterm admissions, reception intake and secondary transfers.• Managed the MIS system, inputting all new pupils.Data and Statistics;• School tracker for attainment, analysing data Years 1 – 6.
