  1 - I am poineer at the PSF unit in Sun fiber (Pvt) Ltd. I took an active part in Erection and Commissioning since very first day. 2 - Working as Plant Manager3 - To ensure smooth running of plant in order to meet production targets4 - To resolve all technical problems5 - Worked on productivity improvement6- Worked on expansion of plant to increase production upto 50%. Considerable work has been done from planning of expansion till plant installation and then to start production. 7 - Working on manufacturing of solid fiber, 1.2D, 1.4D, 2.5D, 8D, 12D, 15D, 18D , Bright, Semi Bright, Black and different colors from PET flakes8 - Working on manufacturing of Hollow Conjugated fiber 7D & 15D, Siliconized, Non Siliconized and Slick (White & Green) from PET flakes9 - Working on manufacturing of Dawn fiber from PET flakes10- Working on manufacturing of Trilobal Fiber from Pet Flakes11- Involved in troubleshooting12 -Besides plant operation management and development of different products, considerable work has been done in ensuring product quality13- To oversee import of all spare parts related to PSF unit14- Real time interaction with chinese for plant operations15 - Inventory management Show less
