I assisted with resolving billing inquiries as well as technical related issues. I also assisted with scheduling service calls with the technical support team. From there, I was promoted to join the Business Customer Care team. I handled all existing and new business accounts. I upgraded additional cable, internet and phone to existing. I also assisted with keying in and scheduling new business accounts for installation. I worked closely with the Sales Team , Project Team and the Data Entry Team with new sales order. My experiences working in the Business Customer Care have been invaluable. It has taught me how important integrity really is when interacting with large companies.   My position responsibilities as an Account Manager Client Support Specialist III is to assist my dedicated clients with resolutions to all Payroll related inquiries and technical issues. My responsibilities also consist of maintaining payroll accounts and possibly establishing new accounts. I work alongside my internal partners to ensure that my clients Payroll needs are met and resolved. My technical responsibilities include issues with HR related tasks, Reporting inquiries and Time & Attendance issues . Followups are important to my clients so I make sure that my clients receive email status when required on any pending Payroll issues. Building a positive and trusting rapport with my clientd clients is key to being an Account Manager, so i attempt to make sure that im providing correct information to my clients and in a timely manner.
