  at first of march 2015my job description is projects engineer and my responsibilities as the following:1. Plan for the execution phase with the stakeholders and control the communication between the stakeholders, project manager and main suppliers and contractors.2. Control the execution phase and facilitate all the work, prepare all the safety permits required, assure the good manufacturing practice, prepare hazard analysis and risk assessment, risk mitigation plans and validate the scope of work.3. Track all schedule variances and control change requests during execution.4. Prepare all the documentation required during the execution (activity list , WBS dictionary, change request, product deliver validation and formal acceptance ).5. Ensure all capital expenditures projects are being executed on time and within agreed to scope and performance outcome criteria.6. Manage the Quality Assurance and Quality control of installation and erection.7. Keep financial track of capital expenditure and reports it to the technical projects manager.8. Participate in the execution and Capex development of the sustainability, safety and productivity projects.9. Coordinate site contractor’s activities with consultants, safety and food safety representatives.10. Reviews invoices and bill of quantities to ensure compliance to standards.11. Follow up contractor progress in the site Vs the project time line and update weekly the project Gantt charts.12. Review and approve contractor technical submittals and review the workshop drawings.13. Coordinate different site layouts and drawings(civil, mechanical and electrical ).14.
