      Teaching dance: Hip Hop, Salsa, Latino and Zumba... Pilates, Tone & Stretch, Step, Power Pump... all general aerobic classes. I've been dancing since I was 4 yrs old and still love it! It keeps the brain in tip top condition - its not easy to pick up a long sequence of steps and perform this in real time as you are being taught (shown) the sequence. I've been in the fitness industry since I was 18. My specialisation subject at varsity was Phys Ed. It's great to keep fit!
