The number of shortlisted subscriptions is based on the treatment type to be used to preempt the cancellation of the subscription Market Segmentation• Partnered with a Fitness chain company to identify their customer segments and characteristics of those segments.• Identified the segments based on responses to a survey designed by the client, the segmentation was done with the help of factor analysis and various unsupervised learning techniques. Sales and Operations Planning• Built various tools to help the client track their inventory and purchase order levels.• The tools helped the clients in Demand Planning, maintaining safety stock levels, scheduling and placing purchase orders with suppliers etc. Voir moins
