  I spearheaded comprehensive research, analysis, and implementation of compelling retention strategies to secure long-term relationships with consultants, national affiliate partners, and statewide mentoring programs. In this role, I also led oversight for the program budget—and generated reporting for county and state grants to expand programmatic work of the organization.
