  My background is in Primary School Teaching and having taught for over 10 years in Early Years and have recently completed the SENCO qualification having worked with children with additional needs for 2 years. I have recently left the profession having set up my first business working with Forever Living as an Independent Business Owner. The company has given me the confidence to run my own business and train others, so much so that with this new background in business I have now set up my own company too called Beautiful New Beginnings Liverpool's Independent Antenatal Courses. We offer 6 week courses run by a range of professionals including midwives, health visitor, personal trainer qualified in antenatal and postnatal fitness, St John Ambulance and myself as an Early Years and child development specialist. We offer parents to be the chance to access a range of honest, practical advice and information designed to help them on their journey to parenthood and beyond. We offer unique follow on support in the form of group sessions and social media and whatsapp groups and our aim is for every parent to leave the course feeling experienced, skilled and prepared for their new chapter with a brand new set of friends to enjoy the journey with.   Beautiful New Beginnings Community Interest Company puts family at the heart of all we do. Through creating welcoming spaces, we connect communities, reduce social isolation and increase parents knowledge and understanding of the Early Years Curriculum. Our aim is to help create generations of holistically well children, and to do this, we must support parents at key points of their parenting journey. Our antenatal courses led by a range of professionals support parents to be at the very beginning of their parenting journey. Our care and support continues with classes to support bonding, attachment and mental health. Baby Massage, stay and play sessions and community coffee mornings led by counsellors, trained therapists and fully qualified teachers offer support for parents in their transition stages with anxiety, depression, Post Natal Depression but also supports their knowledge and understanding of child development through play based activities. Our therapeutic forest school has now impacted over 400 families across Liverpool and runs from 4 sites, supported by the National Lottery Heritage Fund and COBALT. Forest school has supported some of our most vulnerable children and young people in returning to school education, in building key team building skills and in improving their mental health and wellbeing. Our SEND knowledge and expertise allows each session to be fully inclusive and all children supported throughout the session. Our starting school workshops provide spaces for parents to understand the Early Years Curriculum and help prepare their child for starting school. As fully qualified teachers, we are committed to supporting parents in their understanding so that they can best impact their children's education and development.
