Have a knowledgeable account of my city to try and unlock new areas for Red Bull to thrive and increase product awareness.Using my communication skills to engage in conversations in a natural manner with consumers and non consumers to expand their knowledge on the brand with the aim to increase their brand loyalty.I was apart of an innovating new sales approach with Red Bull, specifically in Ireland, to enforce the benefits of bigger, and price marked cans to retailers. I held the responsibility of managing a team for Northern Ireland and making sure that we planned shifts that would ensure that we meet our monthly targets, effectively. This also involved an administrative role as I held the responsibility of doing the team's wages and managing reports. I improved my organisational and time keeping skills within this role as it was crucial to the job. Especially at the Red Bull events where I would work with my team to enhance the crowds experience at a Red Bull event including Soapbox and Foxhunt. Further to this Red Bull is a premium brand, known world wide, therefore as a wings team member I had to uphold the characteristics of the brand. By being a brand ambassador, this includes having a confident aura, being energetic and approachable and not afraid to push the boundaries. I promote Red Bull through highlighting my knowledge of each product to new and infrequent consumers. I utilised my social media outlets to help communicate the benefits and to engage my network with what is happening in the Red Bull world. Show less

  I took on a year internship here. I held a key role over the child model section within the agency. By enlisting new child models onto our books and organising castings and bookings for the child models. I further engaged my communication skills by interacting with new clients and supplying the necessary information in order to make a booking. I was given the role of managing the social media accounts of the business to promote the agency and the clients we worked with. This allowed me to use my creativity side and enhance the business' presence in the social media sphere. I successfully pushed the Instagram account to gain 1000+ extra followers during my placement. Over the past year, I was trusted to coordinate fashion events as well as, backstage manage the shows that Style Academy were running for well established clients. During my time in the agency, I completed admin tasks, personally assisted the managing director of the company and was a key holder for the agency. Show less

  Throughout my time in the industry I’ve quickly established myself from a junior to a senior level of management within yachting. Working closely in a team environment to achieve the highest standard of service and cleanliness. Providing a seven star service and going above and beyond daily to cater for our VVIP guests on board. I am used to working extremely long hours to achieve the best service, in a demanding and fast paced environment. Time management and a positive attitude is key. Being able to assess the constant changing of the surroundings in order to create the best outcome. Keeping level headed when things don't go to plan or the plan changes out of the blue is needed when in the chief stew position. Having a vast wine and cocktail knowledge has been a beneficial skill also for service. Organising large parties and dinners to ensure the logistics of an important event are seamless! Creating bespoke and intimate settings that make each meal service more personal or entertaining for our guests on board allows me to utilise my creativity. I've enhanced my admin and accounting skills, creating budgets and spending plans. Managing a team of four and being a head of department working and communicating with the other departments on board to ensure a seamless overall presentation of the team. Being a personal assistant to a VVIP meeting all their demands and organising what they need in a timely manner. Effectively recruiting and training new stewardesses on board. Creating and implementing wordlists and tasks to ensure the super yacht is at the highest standard possible. Coordinating with fellow heads of departments to manage tasks and find solutions to any problems that might occur. Show less

  I completed a summer season working on sail boats as a hostess for the yacht week. My job role included creating exciting and appropriate menus for 6-10 guests each week catering for their needs! I cooked breakfast and lunch every day and ensured the interior of the boat remained clean and tidy. I was an entity to make my guests holiday a truly unreal experience and make sure they got the most out of their yacht week experience. I worked closely with a new skipper each week and adapted to all the different nationalities. I managed dinner and activitity reservations for my guests throughout their week also! I had to maintain a high energy at all times and really carry out service with a smile! Show less
