      CSX acquired Pan Am in 2022, and I remained with Pan Am in the role of labor relations attorney and primary spokesperson for all contract negotiations and mediations. I represented the railroad in all aspects of labor and employment law, provided legal direction to various levels of internal management, conducted extensive research and analysis, strategically developed collective bargaining proposals, prepared and presented all arbitration cases to federal arbitrators, and conferred with union officials to resolve employee claims, grievances and disciplinary matters.Served as Chief Spokesperson for Pan Am Railways, CSX Transportation and Genesee & Wyoming Railroad in joint contract negotiations with twelve labor unions for the purpose of reaching fourteen New York Dock implementing agreements to effectuate a railroad merger approved by the Surface Transportation Board involving the three railroads. Appointed to Pan Am Railways’ integration team during railroad merger to provide advice and guidance to KPMG consultants and CSX Transportation officials across a broad range of business units, including Human Resources, Talent Acquisition, Transportation, Engineering, Mechanical, Facilities, Legal, Procurement and IT.
