Acceptance : Brief to customer regarding shipments & documentation process. Check AWB, Stickers ,Number of pieces and destination. Check RFC shipments. Accepted HUM, AVI, DGR, AOG, REX, DIP MAIL, shipments Instructed in order to keep cargo in warehouse and updated system.   My Job Scope: Lead and participate in the duties as HSE Officer/Supervisor, Implement and develop the HSEMS and HSE policy to achieve the zero harm and to achieve the HSE KPIs, Conduct safety inspections. Review project HSE Plan, Method statement, Risk Assessment. Preparing HSE Procedures for the EPC projects, prepare monthly HSE reports including man-hours and man-days, HSE Statistics. Closely monitor all HSE critical activities such as CSE, Hot work, work at height, Etc. Carry out PTW inspections and conduct the Gas test to ensure the PTW procedure is fully implemented at site, ensure all lifesaving safety equipment are ready to be used during emergencies and maintain the certification records. Assume responsibility for necessary Project activities, participate in Fire and Mock drills at site and maintain the records, conduct Oil Spills response exercise on quarterly basis. Show less
