  Working with the vountary and community sector, and liaising with funders, county/district/parish councils to ensure that rural activities and needs are supported.Supporting parish councils to undertake Neighbourhood Plans, setting up governance and management - e.g. steering groups, terms of reference. Maximising community engagement, and advising on consultation techniques to ensure inclusion and participation.
