  I am still managing a large number of customer specific reports. This requires knowledge of DBand Oracle SQL, custom scripting in VBA and Microsoft Excel and a critical and mathematical thinkingwhen creating custom SLA calculations.Now I also look at the overall workload my department is handling and I am performing Big Data analysis on large datasets in order to identify possible savings and improvements in the service we provide.I am also looking for a way to automate certain activities which were done manually before. This includes but is not limited to Internet Explorer automation via VBA and usage of various custom written scripts, in order to reduce the manual effort and to prevent possible human errors in the service.In order to keep up with many different activities while developing new solutions I utilize Agile methodology as well as Kanban in order to track and prioritize different stages of the process. عرض أقل I was taking care of large number of automated customer reports and data.For this I needed to create DB2 and Oracle queries in order to extract the exact data that were needed. After the extraction, the data were processed in Microsoft Excel, for which I wrote VBA macros, that automated the whole extraction/processing/distribution lifecycle of the report.It was my duty to manage,improve and create new queries and automations in order to handle the large number of reports that are being performed on a daily/weekly/monthly basis.It was also my duty to handle very specific requests, which required knowledge of the database, the process, VBA and Excel in order to suit the final product to the customer's exact requirements.Due to the specific nature of the customer reports I also had to create custom calculations in order to provide correct SLA data to the client. عرض أقل
