      Working at the front end of the Supply Chain responsible for Demand Management for Silver Spoon across all categories.• Delivering plan stability means the business has hit it’s forecast each period for over 12 months now. Longer term projections have also remained stable ensuring the plan is seen as credible by stakeholders.• Category Forecast accuracy levels of 85% are being achieved along with average bias +/- 4%. • Lead role in designing a new IBP / S&OP process for Silver Spoon with the guidance of Oliver Wight consultants. Owned the design and implementation of the Demand step within the redesign. Recognised as the lead for driving IBP / S&OP in Silver Spoon.• Redefined how the manugistics forecasting tool was used in support of the IBP / S&OP design. Led the Team who implemented this change, including IT. Evolved the use of systems information to create useful views of information to improve business forecasting.• Created and launched a new Demand Function, integrating it into the Sales Team.• Structured the Team for Customer alignment to allow Demand Planners to become Customer experts. Followed by a restructure to incorporate order processing strengthening the creation of Customer experts.• Led the Demand step of IBP process across Sales, Marketing & Category ensuring an effective Demand Review. Lead Team of Customer Demand Planners and Customer Service. Act as the link between the Demand and Supply functions to ensure any supply chain opportunities or risks are understood, evaluated and decisions made to manage them. Reduced working capital in cane supply chain by £***,ks.• Worked across all the functions to ensure plans were optimised, achievable and adhered to.• Planned the integration of the UK sugar supply from 2 sites into 1 as part of a rationalisation project. Managed the risks through stock build and setting up contingency suppliers. Project saved £*m p.a.• Flour supply planning processes and systems were improved to increase Customer Service from daily shortages to routinely meeting the customers’ demanding targets, 98.5% service. The planning horizon was lifted from hours to months and for budgeting purposes years. Now holding the right stocks of the right SKUs means Silver Spoon has had the confidence to go and obtain new business. • Protected a key Customer from supply issues whilst integrating a very unreliable supplier of Fairtrade Sugar from Africa, this very difficult supply situation required excellent integration between the Manufacturing and Supply Teams.
