The company got UKAS accreditation with the highest standard of quality under ISO 15189. The number of samples analysed were increased from 1500 to 2000 samples per day, complied with customer requirements and helped them to finish two submarines. My duties and responsibilities as a Supervisor: - I was responsible for EQA and IQA (ISO 15189), COSHH, H&S, Fire procedure, GDPR, deep clean and the procedures to pass the audits (ISO 15189) to achieve UKAS accreditation. - I was in charge of lab assistants’ timesheets, holidays, sickness and one-to-one. - I sorted problems from the lab, unpacking, admin, IT, stock, and logistic departments. - I kept in touch with Mental Safety Health and HR about people’s Mental Health. - I did QC for the samples’ and sent the results to the customers within 24h. - I was responsible for the Lab equipment (calibration, reparation, etc.), lab stock and contaminated reagents. - I managed Q-Pulse to read and understand more than 100 SOPs, raise Non-Conformance and Observations, and I used LIMS as a Super User. - I taught the COVID process to the new starters, colleagues and customers. - I organised the sharp, biological bins and waste liquids collection.
