  Played a lead Analyst role on a project team tasked with overhauling CBA’s Institutional Equities IT infrastructure. From providing input for the business case to delivering a revamped Salesforce across multiple business units, I provided Senior Analyst support across every aspect of the project with key stakeholders and end users, achieving an increase in utilisation of the system from 10% to 95%. The project delivered a robust data model, click-to-dial telephony and multiple integration points with other front office systems.Project work included sourcing solutions and negotiating contracts with local and international vendors; collaborating with key stakeholders, analysts, developers and architects across each project phase to ensure requirements were translated into beneficial outcomes for the business; and provided management with a range of dashboards and reports offering them new insights into the effort versus revenue aspects of their Financial Services business.
