  I was working under SIT Services, contracted to do end user support at Stanbic Bank, i was tasked with different roles, such as managing Laptop and Desktops Inventory, creating users on Active Roles, creating shared drives, secondary emails. During my stay at Stanbic i was tasked with two major projects, in 2014 i was included in the team which was tasked to migrate over 1000 users from Windows XP to Windows 7, the project was challenging as it involved backing up data, making sure that Applications are working properly.
