He is very skilled in public health management, leadership and networking, program building with quiescent coordination, design and implementation of HIV, PMTCT, TB/HIV, OVC, RH/FP interventions, Nutrition, Malaria, Monitoring and Evaluation, Healthcare Policy and Financing; Fundraising, Surveillance and STI management programs at the global and regional levels.. He is a dynamic, self-driven and results oriented health professional who has developed lots of people. Currently the Senior Technical/Clinical advisor (team lead for ART, TB/HIV) for the MSH-led $80M USAID/PEPFAR Project (ProACT) with CaTSS extension, previously has served in senior level positions at CDC/PEPFAR and GFTAM-funded projects at APIN and CRS respectively, where he was responsible for ensuring full support of the program with ability to effectively manage and adapt within a changing environment. He has wide network and worked extensively with the GoN, FMoH including NACA. He innovated the efficient Retention Calendar, an M&E tool that help his current project increase their client retention rate from 51% to over 76% across the whole project states. He is actively involved in the National strategy and review meetings (National planning commission, National Task Team on ART. Experienced in all phases of investment-making and stakeholder engagement. Work with high integrity managing CBOs and grantees. Understands basic investment rules, regulations, policies and can advise when they are applicable. He is a global mentor on HIV and currently a board rep at Stop TB Alliance board.
