  Mental Skills Coach
  Worked with four youth hockey teams to teach and develop athletes’ mental skills. Teams consisted of players’ aged 14 and under. Coaches were involved in the sessions. Meetings with each team lasted 15-20 minutes and involved both a short lesson and activity. Mental skills discussed included goal-setting, attentional focus, imagery, and self-talk.
