I was also involved in coordinating work to identify “Gershon savings”, including some early service reviews. Subsequently moved to a more general Business Manager role within the Children and Young People’s Department where I was responsible for the effective co-ordination and monitoring of the department’s capital programme as well as the business management of my division.
