   Served as a GM-Resort Manager of 3 Star resort. We were having Exclusively Traditionally Built Mud House Cottages called “BHUNGA”. It was having live kitchen concept restaurant serving global delicacies along with A Party Lawn & Banquet. After I joined we brought very high increase in room occupancy. I prepared marketing plan and with that we achieved tremendous results. I put resort live on all good online booking portals, we done business tie-ups with all domestic travel agents, Local tour guides, etc. We successfully acquire top ranking position during my entire work tenure on TripAdvisor, Booking.Com, Yatra.com, Via.com, Expedia, Agoda.com and many more websites. With strong control over Cost & Inventory of Raw Material, Staffing, Fuel & Energy, Wastages, etc. I brought down entire operation cost of resort at such a level that, IT CONVERTED RESORT AS PROFIT MAKING ORGANISATION WITHIN 3-MONTH TIME. Introduced many options for local guest and made resort as popular destination for a day picnic which was helping to pull extra revenue during off season time. We make sure that resort stays live by hosting many activities like- Food festivals, Cultural events, Live Music (Everyday), Camp Fire, Kutchi Traditional shows and many more. I always make sure that resort’s profile stays live on Social media and other offline media too. Professional Training, Recruitment of staff & designing roles & responsibilities. Almost entire purchase system was modified after I joined and we started sourcing raw material from bulk traders and local suppliers.  Inventory, Purchase, Safety & Security, F&B, Menu Planning, Financial Audit, Engineering & Maintenance, Housekeeping,, Marketing, Sales, Finance, Accounts and Budgeting.
