  In this role I entered and organized data such as employee records and training records. I also helped the company go paperless with their employee and training records by making the online system more efficient and making forms digital instead of on paper. I also updated the online training website to make it more user friendly and created a step by step manual on how to use it for the employees who were not particularly good with technology. I planned a BBQ for 50 employees and their families at a local water park and golf course. this was a way for the owners to say thank you to their employees for all of the hard work they had been doing. I researched the best bar-coding system to use to better track the company’s tools and equipment and then helped the company implement the system into their current processes.In this role I was also responsible for updating the company websites for WRSI and their partner company, London Caulking Ltd. and making them more user friendly, informative, and visually appealing.   In my role, I was responsible for managing a team of 8 to 15 people daily in the warehouse during the 60 day Relabel Project. I ensured we were working in the most efficient way possible and made the necessary changes to make this happen. We were able to complete the project within the 60 day deadline. In 2016, I also worked for Mustang Products as a member of the production team.

  Worked evenings and weekends in this little shop on the main street of Niagara on the Lake. I was a sales associate and helped customers find the right products for them from our large selection of crystals, stones, local art, clothes, and more. In 2021, I worked at the London location in White Oaks mall during evenings.

  As the marketing assistant for Niagara Robotics, I learned a lot about marketing in the non-profit sector. I worked with many professionals who were volunteering their time with the robotics organization and was able to watch them work and learn from them. I worked on recruiting students and sponsors through various sales methods. I also researched grants for the organization. I created a thank you video for the sponsors, in a short time-frame.   At MakeItMetal I worked as a marketing assistant. The owners created a list of tasks to be completed throughout the summer and adjusted it throughout the summer. I created the visuals for the new IDCEC MakeItMetal product training course for their patented product.
