  In a span of over 5 years with American Express I quickly moved up the ranks and held a leadership position prior to moving onto IBM as part of the Pueblo outsourcing agreement. Accomplishments included leading the successful implementation of an enterprise server monitoring infrastructure world-wide in the Europe (EMEA) region as well as in the Asian, Latin, & North American implementations (JAPA, LAC and NAC).

Accomplishments include successful implementations of the following enterprise operation centers: Global Financial Services CEC (Customer Experience Center), Global Merchant Technology Services (GMTS) Dashboard, Global Network Services NOC (Network Operations Center) and more recently the Enterprise Command Center (ECC).
