DuPont, Project Team Leader for Water Purification & Protection o Project Management responsibility included creation through project closure, budgets were from $100K to $3 million, and team size was between five and 15 people. o Completed a $2.4MM environmental project with greater than 20% savings without scope reduction due to streamlined execution strategy and front-end scope development. Project field change orders were less than 2% on an $800K firm-bid construction contract.
