I was responsible for the group's performance, and I initiated knowledge and market development inside and outside our organization. In my capacity as project manager, I was responsible for a wide range of land use and environmental planning projects (environmental review, zoning and other land use approvals, master plans). I applied my practical experience in zoning and land development to policy studies and tools development in land use. For example, I was directly involved in the development of a model land use plan, based on new national environmental and planning legislation, in order to enable local governments to both regulate and foster the transition to sustainable energy. Also, I was part of a project team which completed a policy study on the redevelopment of brownfields aimed at developing new financial and governance approaches to successfully address previously unfeasible sites.
