  Tenant Project Manager

  I am the Tenant Project Manager for the HQ1 Renewal Program - An occupied renovation of the 1.9 million sq. ft. existing International Monetary Fund (IMF) HQ1 Headquarters. The project entails the phased relocation of 2,400 staff of HQ1 to adjoining HQ2 Headquarters and subsequently their relocation to the fully renovated space at HQ1. The project is slated to be completed by the end of 2019 and is the largest construction project ever performed by the IMF.I manage all aspects of the tenant management portion of the project from the design phase through project completion. I also manage a team of (2) project officers along with numerous consultants and contractors. My team ensures that the phased relocations coupled with the associated tenant fitout, which occur both within a compressed time period at both ends of each construction phased sequence, allow the IMF's normal business operations to occur without disruption.
