  Selected out of 700+ applicants to work as an Virtual Innovation Intern on several real-world projects; effectively collaborating remotely within in a cross-disciplinary and cross-university team. Through our first project, we created a toy startup with sustainability as its main focus. Being a high school student; I didn't have many hard skills to contribute to my team, but I kept an open mind and I did everything I could to support and learn/complete tasks to help out my team members.
