Levering Six Sigma methodologies, our team conducted a thorough analysis of the existing Medicare Supplement application and underwriting processes to inform the development of an electronic application system. The project successfully launched newly designed electronic applications, leveraging a business rule engine to automate a high volume of underwriting decisions.
