  Responsible for auditing, designing, and implementing lighting energy upgrades for commercial, industrial, institutional, medical, educational, retail, and residential applications. I provide design and financial analysis for these upgrades. I taught end users and contractors about new lighting technologies and how to qualify products based on performance and life cycles. As a profit center manager, I managed sales staff, was responsible for all facets of the companies P&L, hiring employees, mentoring new manager trainees, deciding how we go to market, switchgear design, and lighting design. I managed 3 different CED locations in North Carolina, Los Angeles, and Sacramento.
