Went to Japan in 1996, visited 5 manufacturing locations, studied at the JIPM, came back and implemented the Milliken Performance System (MPS) in a model plant. In 3 years won the JIPM Manufacturing Performance Excellence Award. Involved in the management of that system for 15 years.Also coaches and implements a World Class Safety process to clients wanting to improve their incident rates and create a safer working environment.
