Includes a strong emphasis on electrical diagnosis and all functional areas of the 9000 series tractors for agriculture and scraper applications for construction dealers.• Took lead roles in 7R, 8R, and 9R EDPR trips, completing four in the past three years: UK and Sweden (July 2014); Alberta, Canada (August 2012); Germany and Denmark (April 2012); and Indiana and Ohio (June 2011). Each trip involved interviewing dealers, customers and auditing tractors with the goal of better understanding the application, market, and customer needs.
