  As a Technical Expert at Apple, I troubleshooted customer software and hardware issues as well as performed hardware repair on all iPhone models. This role also required me to perform quality assurance by recognizing software bugs, potential software and hardware issues, create clear documentation on how an issue was reproduced and how it was solved. Because the Genius Bar saw over 200 customers daily, this role gave me the opportunity to fine-tune my communication skills as I had to relay technical information to a very diverse group of customers. Along with seeing a large amount of customers at the Genius Bar, I worked closely with around 100 coworkers which helped me develop strong interpersonal skills through providing and receiving feedback and delegating tasks.   As a freelance web developer for Coded, I am currently re-building their company website. In this role, I utilize React, JavaScript, HTML, Sass, Gatsby, and Prismic to build a user-friendly site. I use Prismic as a content management system in order for admins to easily update information and upload new content. The website showcases Coded's courses and company values as well as allows interested users to enroll in the offered courses.
