  As a Component Design Engineer at the Compressor Design Center, I played a crucial part in designing assembly and lifting tools for centrifugal compressors. Harnessing my technical expertise and proficiency in Siemens NX and Team center and project management tools like Jira & SAP, I developed innovative and precise tool designs. I worked closely with cross-functional teams to ensure our designs met safety regulations and industry standards.Responsible for designing Lifting and assembly tools for Integrally geared Main Air Compressor and Booster Air Compressor machines for the installation of critical core parts including Impeller, Volute insert, Contouring, Oil pump, adapter flange, and sealing insert. Additionally, managed the selection of long lead items used for lifting heavy components, ensuring safe and efficient handling during installation. Generated 3D models using Siemens NX , manufacturing drawings and Bill of Material ( BOM) , performing tolerance analysis while maintaining a first pass yield in SAP BOM release for the tools used in hadling Integrally geared compressor In addition to these responsibilities, I also conducted peer reviews to ensure delivery of high-quality design and to foster a culture of continuous improvement.
